Melitta Bentz, our founder, invented coffee filters and pour-over brewing in 1908. Melitta has remained a pioneer in coffee, coffee filters, and coffee brewers for over 100 years. Our paper filters are 100% biodegradable and come in various options for cone, flat bottom basket, percolators, and Keurig single serve coffee brewers. We produce our filters using chlorine-free white, natural brown, and bamboo paper. In addition to filters, we offer a wide range of coffees and brewers, including pour-overs, carafes, pour-over kits, coffee makers, kettles, drip coffeemakers, and our own premium, batch-roasted coffee.

Our coffee beans come from farms in prime coffee-producing regions and are batch roasted and ground extra fine to bring out the full flavor in true European fashion. We offer a variety of ground coffees, whole bean coffees, and single serve coffee pods.

Our super premium Melitta cone coffee filters fit all 8 to 12 cup drip coffee makers with a conical shaped filter basket, as well as most pour-over coffeemakers calling for a #4 cone coffee filter like Melitta’s new Signature and Heritage Series. These filters trap more bitter oils & impurities for a better cup of coffee and are naturally whitened and chlorine free.

Our coffee filters feature Microfine Flavor Enhancing perforations that allow the full coffee flavor to filter through & a double crimped filter design to help protect against bursting.

All of our cone, basket, and single serve filters are designed to brew rich, flavorful coffee. They are compostable and made of high quality paper that won't tear for mess-free brewing.
