HOW TO BREW:

Simply rinse the filter holder with hot water and place it on a coffee pot, insulated server, or mug. Insert a permanent or paper #2 coffee filter and add your desired amount of ground coffee. Heat water to around 200°F and pour it over the coffee in a circular motion. Let the coffee "bloom" for half a minute, then slowly add the remaining water. The entire brewing process should take approximately 2.5–3 minutes.
